| Church Info: Thank you so very much for taking the time to consider Jeffersonville Baptist Church as your place of worship. It is difficult to imagine a time when Jeffersonville Baptist Church did not exist. The meeting that lead to what is now Jeffersonville Baptist Church was held on October 6, 1957 in a house owned by Billy Ike Amburgey. We are a Southern Baptist Church located just off hwy 460 on hwy 599. Our mission is to spiritually transform the lives of individuals, families, communities and the world through the power of the gospel for the glory of God. Jeffersonville Baptist is unashamedly a "Jesus church." The central theme of the services is to magnify Jesus through worship and the Word. Thus this mission statement: Magnifying Jesus through Word and worship. Making Jesus real and known to our community and country. Moving believers in Jesus to ministry and maturity. Visitor Info: Relationships are an important part of life. Relationships include our families, our friends, and the one special relationship that stands above all others--the one we develop with Jesus Christ. At Jeffersonville Baptist we want to help you develop your relationships. We have been blessed to have many opportunities of service for all age groups.
